Looking to partner up business

So i have a local business idea whereby you sell advertising space to local businesses. There are many franchises but I'm looking for someone to carry out he marketing and selling of advert space. I provide all the necessary information to prepare, design, market and sell advert space and print it. Your main job is to call businesses and maybe meet up to sell the space. I could maybe fund most of the cost of print and so on. Also to actually to go out and distribute the magazines to thousands of households. This can be outsourced later. But i need someone thats confident and willing to approach businesses both on phone and in person. The businesses can be done in your local area so i will provide as much support.
