Looking to partner up with an Android Developer

Looking to partner up with an Android Developer who can build a simple app independently.

The idea is very simple and needs minimum / no backend service.

You just need to collect 2-3 data points from user and send notification at according to data fed by them.

If you have some experience in building android apps, the complete effort to build the app should not take more than a week.
BUT, the idea solves a real problem!

It will be a bonus if you are also familiar with UI/UX.
