Looking to partner with a SaaS Marketer

Hello IH!

I'm new to the community and excited to talk and collaborate with everyone.

I've spent the last 2 decades cofounding and running a successful ecommerce operation (revenue in mid 7 figures). Collected a good amount of life & work experiences, got blood and dirt on my face in the arena, ran through slowdowns, hyper growth/sleep in the warehouse moments as well. Coming from the lean startup culture, I was involved with every singular aspect of the operation. Can't think of a function that I did not have to learn before I hired someone for that task. I now have a large family of next generation ecommerce staff, and I am involved in the next challenge for me.

I have been working on a new marketing automation software for ecommerce companies. (Groundbreaking right?) Cultivating my experience of working with multiple platforms, agencies, employees on different tasks across different channels, I found you have to glue a couple of different things (most of the time unsuccessfully) to make your digital marketing messaging efficient across different mediums like email, sms and on site. So I decided to take this challenge on. I have lead the architectural development for a lot of large-scale enterprise software, both to be used internally, and as a consultant to many other companies. I'd be leading the effort for product development whether working on it myself, or funding a team eventually. I also have experience in marketing, finance, operations, overall P&L, acquisitions and a bit of office cleaning as well. I like to dream big, but start small. I don't run away from a mean fight. I'm at a good place in life financially, and not rushing into being gloriously rich out of this, just being less wrong and more successful than yesterday and taking it one step at a time.

I am looking for a multi-disciplined person who is interested in marketing and selling products, generating leads, getting the product in front of the right people. If you have prior ecom experience, all the better. If this is not for you, but you want to chat or shoot ideas I'm all ears as well. I have not done this in such a long time but one thing I remember is; it sucks to start something alone no matter how much you think you know :) Let's talk.
