Looking to partner with a tech co-founder for a InsurTech/ FinTech webapp

Have got a InsurTech idea targeted towards to solve one of the most heartful pains in the insurance industry, #ClaimsManagment sector.

I have a fleshed out idea for an webapp SaaS business, have done the market research, market validation, have wireframes, etc., but I am lacking a technical cofounder to help us boost our launch.
