Looking to sell profitable monday CRM extension

Hey guys! Luca here. About a year ago a friend and I built a chat app for Monday.com out of need - a customer of mine uses it as a CRM, and we communicated there.

Monday, though, doesn't have any native way to chat and share files easily with your team, nor with guests (or clients/customers).

As I said, we just built it for fun as a hackathon, and then published it to the Monday extensions store out of curiosity.

To my surprise, it started making money. The app even reached $1k ARR, and costs are basically 0.

This means profit is incredibly high, and since we launched it, I haven't had to touch it once. Basically autopilot - doesn't get more passive than this 🤑

I'd love to spend a bit more time on this just for fun, as we have a ton of inbound straight from Monday, and we're one of the first results for ALL related search queries.

I already built the branding, website, and marketing for it.

I have another business, so having this thing to keep track of is just another headache. I still need to invoice Monday.com for the past 12 months of revenue (about $750), which I'm also going to be giving away to whoever buys.

I'd love to see if somebody is interested in "acquiring" this app, along with all related assets, obviously. Ideally, somebody who already has a Monday extension or something similar, as they can be a bit peculiar.

With a few weeks of effort and improved app descriptions, this could print. All competing apps are literally years behind in tech and UI/UX, but they all make tens of thousands a year (they're Monday.com integration partners).

REASONING

Because of super low-hanging fruits (AI integrations, etc), this could surpass $10k ARR in a few months. This is also below current market trends. There are also $750 instantly withdrawable, making the asking price even more convenient (from $3000 to ~$2250).
