Looking to start an interview-styled podcast for my startup. What's your advice?
I want to do this for two main reasons:
1. To start delivering value to our users
2. To create weekly content for our social media including
- Live Streaming on Twitch/YouTube/Facebook
- Offline YouTube/Linkedin video
- Apple Podcast & Spotify for the audio portion
- A blog with the transcript
- Daily clips on Instagram/TikTok
Also, I'm thinking the time invested should be at most 2-3 hours/week (more in the beginning), and the format for the podcast to be 5-7 questions on "How to make it as a Chess Streamer", and it will be streamed live directly from https://chessroulette.live so we can play a game of chess after as well! :)
Do you have any experience or advice growing a community/audience and/or getting traction doing this?
