Hi.

Looking into the Daily Deal/Coupon/Voucher area for local communities/deals.. Trying to wrap my head around the "reason" or benefit for a biz to use this kind of service.

Is it -- I want more sales, and since I'm capping the number of deals/vouchers I'm processing -- if I get these "customers".. the campaign is a success?
Or -- Is it, I want the above stuff. But I also want the tangential/eyeballs from a user who might see the "deal" with my biz, but didn't bite?

The 1st case, reach of the deal isn't important, only results..
The 2nd, one would have to have additional reach/for a larger community.

I'm thinking of the deal opportunity targeting the college community/environment.
