looking to test an idea for my "make an appointment" app and to find a co-founder

I want to create an application for scheduling appointments with local services like barbershops, gyms etc. The app would be free for customers, and local shops would be paying a monthly subscription for the presence. What do you think guys, does this idea make any sense to you. Also, I would like to find a co-founder to work on it with me. I'm a technical person with background in economics and I would prefer to find a technical co-founder, but that's not a strict requirement. Please feel free to reach out with ideas and suggestions.
