Love & Hate the Early Stages? Coping With It.

I know this might not be easy for others, and it definitely doesn't feel comfortable at most times, but I love being in this stage of my startup.

Hey, it's Stefano! As some of you know, I am building a better way to teach our non-tech savvy seniors technology - https://carevocacy.com/.

This isn't necessarily an easy industry to "break" into but definitely a need for our loved ones.

A few days ago, I posted a picture of myself paying homage to the 1994 Jeff Bezos when he was in the early days of Amazon. The 1994 Jeff Bezos wasn't any different from today's builder.

I love the Indie Hackers community because it's filled with people who are passionate about building and creating things to solve problems. Developer or not, it's a place of figuring out things.

I get to learn so much from others and about myself.

I thought I'd share how I deal with these early stages:
1. Continuously build in public!
One of the stories that inspired me was about @imbereket and how he shows the world his unique products. Let's have the confidence of a 12 year old!

2. Have a strong support team
Family and friends are great, but sometimes they don't understand what you are doing at all. Always reach out and ask for help within communities like IH. You can even comment down below right now!

3. Focus on the problems of your users
The best part of being so early is that I can speak with my current customers to see their pain points. I can create solutions through a series of conversations. The turn around is faster and personable. If you need help with doing that, let's talk about it below.

That's all that I had thought of, but I definitely would love to learn from others!

FYI: The picture was also a way for me to share what's behind the camera. It isn't about the shiny or pretty office space, but rather one person willing to make things better for others.
