Love to get adive about start-up!

Hello fellow Indie Hackers,
As a student passionate about startups, I've been inspired by the energy and impact entrepreneurs can have. I'd love to get your advice on our pre-startup team's approach and hear about your experiences. Here's what we're doing:

Daily Team Meetings
We hold in-depth daily meetings (mostly via video call) lasting at least 90 minutes. We discuss each member's progress from the previous day. As college students juggling coursework, it can be challenging, but we're seeing rapid growth. How often do you sync with your team? Weekly? Monthly? I'd love to hear your thoughts on our meeting frequency.

Idea Generation
Our team leader challenged us to come up with 100 ideas that solve people's pain points in a week. After much effort, we each filtered our ideas down to 100. We then voted on the top 3 concepts. Our current project, OwlU (a Smart Email Organizer), emerged from this process. How did you come up with your startup ideas? I'm curious to hear about your ideation methods.

Customer Validation
Before finalizing our idea, we conducted video interviews with about 20 potential users. The feedback was encouraging, with 10 people expressing interest in purchasing the product. This validation boosted our motivation. Are there other effective ways you've found to validate ideas?

Our Project: OwlU
We're developing OwlU, an AI-powered Email Organizer. It aims to enhance email management with features like:
AI-based sorting of important and non-important emails
Useful response templates
A "Stack" feature for improved email viewing
We'd love for you to check out our landing page at https://owlu.site and share your thoughts!

MVP Development
We're currently building our landing page using Bubble.io and gathering survey responses and CTAs. What approaches have other Indie Hackers used for MVP or landing page development?
If you struggle with email organization, we'd be grateful if you could visit our site and provide feedback on our product. Your insights would be invaluable to us.
Thank you for your time and have a great day!
