Haven't yet. cuz I don't know whether it would be a scale product.
I don't really get what you mean here. I work at Mendix myself, so I could potentially help you out here.
By low-code, I mean to develop blockchain-based solutions with little to no code where complex coding is involved.

What do you mean by low code? And tell us about you a little bit :)
Most blockchain frameworks like hyperledger fabric use code to build an application. By low code, I mean developing inter-business blockchain apps using drag and drop functionality. Similar to SalesForce blockchain(which I came to know after writing this post) :)
