Low Conversion %. Need Feedback.
We have been running to Google ads campaign for high intent keywords. People are landing on this page - https://www.infracloud.io/cloud-native-talks/. Conversion % is very low. I was expecting it to be around 5%, but no luck.
I would love to get the Indiehacker community's feedback on this page.
I didn't watch the video and I didn't lookup all the terms to get what it is exactly but
CTA is highly unattractive, what do I know about your newsletter?... Nothing.

Page doesn't seem professional. Your targetting a highly technical niche, I'd expect way more from the page. Even the cookie popup doesn't look half normal, no way to refuse it...
Did you just change it? First load I've only seen the top vid, now there are many... All before the email signup
Do you track video plays as conversations or just video signups?..
I think you have a high expectations from a difficult niche
There are a few reasons that you are not getting conversions from google ads.
Your products may have many good competitors. Then yours may not stand out. You can improve the site's message. You can direct traffic to a great landing page or a great case study instead.
You may target the wrong customers. Your may target too broadly.
