LP newbie, need some feedback

Hey everyone! I just joined an early stage startup called Tap My Back, and we are currently working on a Growth Hacking campaign to increase the leads coming to our website.
We are creating some landing pages whose target group are "digital natives" (such as the majority of the population here on Indie Hackers).

I was looking if you could give us some feedback and insights on our landing pages, how they look, if they're enticing enough, what you would change, etc. All the feedback, good or bad, is very much appreciated :)

Here's the link to the landing page

Thank you so much in advance!

For me as others have mentioned it's very content heavy and doesn't communicate the USP's across the LP very well. I would even increase the H1 but with a simpler "what". As for the CTA, unsure if I would have the email field there. It might be beneficial to have on the next step as that might put some people off to go into the funnel. For me it doesn't tell a story and I think it doesn't help not sectioning the page throughout. Also the popup was annoying as it did come up 2 or 3 times. Sorry if it sounds a bit of a critic, I don't want it to sound like that. Would be good to see the tests that are running against this one for perspective.

      Hey @alex44!
Thanks a lot for your comment, I took notes and will share your insights with the team :)
Meanwhile, feel free to take a look at another LP, with a different USP (feel free to share your thoughts on this one as well if you feel like it) - https://tapmyback.com/pmf-digital-simplicity/

I think the h1 is too long, also maybe not very strong. You can still mention later that you play nicely with the tools everyone already uses, but is that your main value?

Hey mizurnix! Thanks a lot, your feedback is very appreciated! ... In this case we are trying to test an USP that directly links employee recognition with the daily communication tools of the organization, that's why we tried it on H1.
But maybe we can have something more catchy in H1 and pass the integrations to H2 only.

      Thanks a lot!

Maybe just me (I am from the UK, lived here for 7+ years, but not a native English speaker), but the word "recognize" associates with my phone/laptop recognizing me to unlock. Perhaps something like "appreciate" or "give feedback to" would work better?

Good point! Thanks for bringing that up, superpima!

I am not a native speaker either but I agree with @superpima. "give feedback to" might work better
