LTD websites or communities for traditional businesses?

We are building a B2B SaaS and our target audience is pretty broad: law firms, accountants, administrations, small clinics, immigration specialists, etc.

We will launch our MVP very soon and would like to onboard the first 50 or 100 paying customers with lifetime deals. I know that LTD s are not the best decision for an early-stage startup in many cases but we have a plan (I hope): a limited LTD offer to highlight our product's strength, get real feedback as soon as possible, polish our product, and upsell to the LTD users.

There are plenty of websites like Appsumo on the market but do you know any LTD websites or communities that are focused on more traditional businesses like real estate, lawyers, clinics, accountants, etc.?
