Mac app idea - disabling part of the touchpad

Hi everyone!

This is my software idea to solve my own problem.

The touchpad in MacBook Pro with M1 becomes larger than old MacBook Pro models. I think this may help others to navigate the screen with the touchpad better, but, in my case, it always makes accidental cursor movement or clicks that disrupt my typing experiences.

As you see in the video, my left thumb touches the touchpad while I'm typing. And for navigation using the touch pad, I barely use the left-most part of the pad.

So, a simple solution is to have an app that actually disables some part of the touchpad so that there would be no accidental touches.

If somebody makes it, I will buy for $20.
