Machine Learning and AI in Small Business
Hello folks,
I've been studying machine learning in the last few weeks, and it's been nice to learn something new, the course is amazing and free! (here is the course in case someone is interested: coursera - machine-learning)
So I'd like to understand how small companies are using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in their business. All articles that I've read are trying to sell AI as something easy to implement, but as someone that is studying the topic now, I know that it is not easy at all to apply those technologies to a business.
That's why I created a survey (just 6 questions) to understand better what companies are doing (mainly small business), I'll publish in here the result as soon as I have enough responses.
As machine learning is used more often in products and services, there are some significant considerations when it comes to users’ trust in the Internet. Several issues must be considered when addressing AI, including, socio-economic impacts; issues of transparency, bias, and accountability; new uses for data, considerations of security and safety, ethical issues; and, how AI facilitates the creation of new ecosystems.
