The values for the chart are written directly in the JS. This needs abstracting. My project is hosted on GetCarrd.co so I think the simplest thing to do will be to pull in the data via API like Jamstack. Focusing on speed and ease for myself above all else, I will probably use sheetson.com to pull data from a Google Sheet. It makes sense to do this first before adding more indicators to the chart, otherwise it will take longer to upgrade later.

When the Building Permits indicator and all the latest data is input I need to double down on getting users, primarily via cold outreach on LinkedIn.

After that ball is rolling, I also need to begin creating and distributing content for the retail trader market.
