I don't think anyone would by this for $2. It's a relatively small list, and it's just a list. Also, most of these directories could probably be found in a google search.
I think this is much more useful as a free tool you offer in exchange for someone's email, which you can then use for email marketing.
Plus, giving away something for free is a good marketing strategy as well.
For example, over the months, I've accrued a massive list of AI directories and newsletters already just from browsing social media, and submitted my AI tool (Evoke) to all of them.
If I had AI tool, I will only care about submitting it to the popular ones and they are very easy to find using Google.
Trust me... to the max you will end up making 10-20 bucks and after that it will be public. You will find same list on 100s of blogs after that.

Yes it's a list of AI directories. I made it so that I can submit my own AI tool there.
But some people are interested in the list on Twitter.
So thinking of sharing it for a little amount!

To answer your question, no. I don't think I'll pay for it. I collect some AI related tools as well including the directories/aggregators. Not that much, but here it is
