made an admin dashboard template because I kept building the same one for clients

run a small dev shop, and every few months some client wants basically the same admin panel - stat cards, a table of tenants or customers, a payments table, a chart. built it from scratch twice, got annoyed the third time and just built it properly instead.

Ledger ended up as a react/tailwind dashboard aimed at rental/property management stuff specifically - 8 pages, dark mode, and an actual auth flow (mocked, but it really redirects you to login if you're not signed in, not just two pretty screens that do nothing).
