Great resource. It's interesting reading the Intercom one from 2017, specifically [Tip #2] Competitor Traffic Strategy: Steal Your Competitors' Traffic With "Alternative" Landing Pages.
I was just searching myself for an Intercom alternative ... and so many of the alternatives have their own "alternative to Intercom" page. I wonder if a marketing strategy can turn around and bite you in the ass, and if that's impacted Intercom much.

Yeah it's a great strategy back then but must admit some of these strategies are more relevant to the time or simply now overused.. it can be annoying sometimes!
Why are you looking for an Intercom alternative by the way? Price?
Yeah, price is a bit too much to justify at the moment.
Yeah many people have said the same thing and must admit that's why we're avoiding Intercom for the time being. We see great value for the tool just price point and stage of the business we've decided to wait on it for now.
