Main reason people lose clients

You probably didn’t lose the client because they weren’t interested.

You lost them because you forgot to follow up.

The follow-up problem is real and massively underestimated. Leads disappearing into WhatsApp chats is something every freelancer and small business owner has experienced but most don't connect it to lost revenue — they just think the client "went cold."

The conversion challenge for a tool like this is that the pain is invisible until someone calculates what it's actually costing them. If your landing page doesn't make that number concrete — even an estimate — people feel the problem but don't feel enough urgency to pay.

What does your current onboarding look like — do you ask about their follow-up process or jump straight to setup?

You nailed one of the hardest parts of selling this. The pain exists, but it’s silent.People remember the leads they closed. They rarely remember the leads they forgot. And honestly, the onboarding currently jumps into setup faster than it should. I’m starting to think the first experience should focus more on helping users recognize how chaotic their current follow-up process actually is.Thank you so much for Ur feedback 🙏. You just opened my eyes.
