Hi everyone, I’ve officially pivoted to a simpler, high-performance version of the app. During testing, I realized that 'more features' just meant 'more noise.' By cutting the clutter, I’ve transformed the app into a premium, focused experience that finally makes our core value crystal clear.
I've moved from being a 'swiss-army knife' to a specialized tool. Now, the focus is entirely on distribution. If you have any pointers on reaching the right audience with my app, I’d love to hear them!
Very cool, definitely going to check this out! Feels like you're trying to do what Peloton did for cycling, but for running. Best of luck.
Thank you very much! This means a lot :)
this is a solid move tbh — focusing on one core value usually works much better
since you’re now thinking about distribution, you could also try putting this into a competition
good way to get early visibility + see how people respond
also, prize pool just opened at $0, so your odds are the best right now
That's a risk but, if you can find and connect with your niche customer base, you should have loyal users. I'd think there may be subreddits that specialize in what you're focusing on. Keep us posted!
Awesome! The idea is cool. I will definitely use this app. But how many active users are using this app? Still in early stage?
