Make it work, then make it good.

I'm new to Indie Hackers, but I've been building "bootstrapped" projects since I was a teenager.

At the moment, I run a consultancy and software training company which has done as much as $500k in revenue with 4 employees (including myself).

Today I shared a thought about starting when I started the company. Just like in programming, you need to "make it work" before you "make it good":

I'll be leveraging my existing company / team to build a SaaS product and I plan to "build in public". Would love it if you followed me on Twitter (or here? not sure how things work here yet tbh!)

The product I'm working on is a checkout tool for increasing conversions for high-ticket purchases (courses, conferences, etc).
