Make my first infographic. Need Help

Hi, This is my first attempt at making an infographic, It hardly has any graphic. I don't know what to call it.

I need some serious help in making it look better.

What's ur thought on it. How can I make it better and look for infographic rather than a long slide? I think I need to get the charts as a sketch or something.
