Making an animated movie in public

Hey everyone!

I'm john from Kambrio Team. Together with my brother, we decided to make an animated movie. We have some experience in machinimas, but now we want to do something big.

The project is called "The Great Invention". It's a completely original story in the original universe. The logline is "Debt-ridden engineers must learn how to work together to survive in the fantasy city full of crime."

Doing something big requires a lot of learning, consistency and feedback. So we decided to make all process public.

1. We made a website https://kambr.io/. We'll be writing essays and articles about storytelling and filmmaking and related topics.
2. We started a newsletter called "Storytelling Snacks" (https://kambr.io/newsletter/ ). It's a weekly curated newsletter about storytelling, screenwriting and filmmaking. I will be writing about our experience of making an animated movie from scratch and sharing links and learning materials which I find interesting and useful.
