Making real estate videos accessible to all agents.

We’re three real estate videographers from Brisbane, Australia who’ve spent the last 6+ years filming homes, editing marketing videos, and delivering final content to real estate agents. Over time, we kept hearing the same thing: “I wish I could have video on every listing, but it’s too expensive or too time-consuming.”

That feedback stuck with us. So earlier this year, we decided to build a tool that could give agents and property professionals high-quality listing videos - without needing to hire a videographer or touch an editing timeline.

We launched PropertyVideos.ai, a web-based platform that turns standard property photos into fully edited real estate videos in minutes. Agents upload 5 to 15 photos, and our system adds motion, transitions, AI voiceover, music, branding, and outputs a 1080p video that’s ready for social media or listings. No filming, no editing, and no back-and-forth revisions.

Our goal wasn’t to replace ourselves as videographers. It was to solve the everyday content problem that most agents face: listings need video, but the traditional production model doesn’t scale. With PropertyVideos.ai, agents can create video content for every listing - not just their top-tier ones - and do it affordably, on their own time.

We’re now seeing the tool used by agents, property managers, and short-stay hosts who want to market faster, more consistently, and without the production overhead. Still early days, but we’re actively improving the workflow, adding new features, and learning from real-world use.
