Hello Indie Hackers!
I'm getting ready for start the engine π and would like to check is this landing page enough for it?

Any feedback is much appreciated. Thank you π
Hi,
I understand the product to a degree.
Your software unites multiple devices together for field service jobs. With that said, there was a lot of text to read through and there were sections of your landing page that was somewhat convoluted.
Your web page may be too long on mobile.
I do not do field service work so I doubt that I am the audience for this. With that said, it was a bit difficult to find the CTA buttons on your site.
Your icons (while adhering to a constant color scheme) may be too small.
If you need help at presenting your copy, I can write a script for a landing page video for free.
At least with a landing page video placed above the fold - with a CTA BUTTON below your video, you can then convert traffic into using your software.

Thanks, i will remember about your offer. I need to make small step forward before improve page.
Congratulations on the launch! It's clear that your product is quite complex, which makes building a converting website a challenging task.
I can see that you may have put too much emphasis on the product features, which has resulted in an overcrowded layout. My suggestion is to shift your focus towards highlighting the problems your product solves and making the design more streamlined.
Perhaps you can consider building a dedicated features page where you can go into more detail. However, for the home page, it would be best to keep it clean and tidy to effectively communicate the value of your product.
I've added some ideas for you to consider - https://visualdebug.com/show/keepgood.it
It's hard not to agree. I like the idea to move features into independent page and focus on single problem (or two) with video, what also make page shorter. Thanks πͺ
I like it but you have a few issues - there is a slight problem with English as a second language and/or the wording you use. Also your pricing model has an issue - don't do complex pricing with moving parts like +1$ for each X over some limit - all pricing has to be something people forget once they okay it so set tiers and if they go over them send an email but don't make things so I can only guess what I owe you at the end of the month, thats a deal breaker because I can't guess so I need to compare perceived value with cost and if I can't know the true cost I can't make a decision, only a guess.
For your main page text - the first sentence - the very first H1 from an SEO standpoint - you only have one shot to get this right and yours says "Manage the devices, notifications, maintenance services and reviews" - missing is the critical word "You" or "Your" because this sentence is always here to answer the question "what do I get?" so try something like this: "Field tech support software that lets you manage all your devices, notifications, maintenance services, customer problems, and reviews with a single mobile app" - this says we offer YOU several integrated apps in one and on mobile to provide field support. The first thing it says is what it is - Field tech Support Software - if thats not what this category is generally called then change this but start by telling me and google what this is - then what it does - then the cool part - its an all-in-one app.
Thank you! I will improve main page text π
The pricing maybe is complex but goal was to make offer flexible,Β to the current number of services in the company. Thanks that You dont need pay for not used buffer of actions, if its weaker month.
Also I assumed that customer know how much work has, and thanks that he will pay exactly for his work (nothing more) - what also supposed to be fair.
It's still wrong way? And tiers are better than that?
yes, everyone just does fixed tiers that leave room to cover the volume expected, it's not perfectly reflective of the amount of your service used but its simple, and simple removes complexity from the purchase decision, once a piece of business software is okay'd for use by a company they seldom go back and rethink the price. Keep it simple.
Hi @piotrr. Some quick feedback:
your software appears to be related to real-world machines and spaces, however, the images on your website seem to be mostly screenshots of your software. It would be nice to see more examples of how what is shown in the app translates to what is happening in the physical world and how the steps between what is happening in the software and what is happening in the real world are connected.
could use more iconography in the app: icon for machine, icon for factory / warehouse.
all the descriptions seem very generalized (like it could apply to almost any company). I think it's nice if you can show a couple of very specific different examples of how your software is being used.
I find it easier to imagine using a product even if the business/person in the example is different than me and my business.
In comparison, I find it more difficult to imagine how I or my business might use a product based on a generalized description.
the "ACME Corporation" logo in the example invoice is probably too eye-catching and does not fit in with the design of rest of the website.
the font size of the body text is quite small compared to the text on most modern landing pages. Would recommend you make the font larger and you may also need to shorten and/or remove some of the text.
Overall looks very promising π
Best of luck!
@MyetaM Thank you very much! π
Hi @piotrr , I have website Userdome for sharing feedback on products among founders. It may be interesting for you. We do a cross-feedback, you help other founders, they help you. Check it out, and let me know if you're interested.
Thanks, I'll take a look.
