1 on 1 meetings with managers can be impactful or a huge waste of time. Why are they so inconsistent?
I need more data if there is a pain point or opportunity in this space. Please help me out by taking this 5 minute survey.

What's your actual goal with this?
I'm not set on a specific goal here yet—I just want to know more about this topic from a wider audience than the few people I've talked to about it!
