Managing Email IDs for Multiple Projects as an Indie Hacker

Quick question for you all:

Do you use separate email IDs for each of your projects?

As indie hackers, we often find ourselves buying domains the moment inspiration strikes, and sometimes we end up juggling multiple projects simultaneously. I've seen solo-makers handling up to 10 projects!

I'm curious, how do you manage your email IDs? Do you create separate ones for each project? Is it a bit of a hassle to keep track of multiple email accounts for each project?
