Many products similar of my product starts to pop online

Hey,

I have launched pentos.co in early september and since then we got a lot of press coverage but at the same time many people trying to do a similar product appear online.
It's great but how do you deal with that ?

    Hey there 👋

    I agree with @yccheok
Stay focused, stay positive, keep going. 👍

That usually means its a low barrier to entry idea and you have no MOAT.

I think you need to focus on your own (e.g. How to create more value for my users), instead of focusing in competitors.

In fact, if there are no competitors in the area you're working on, you should start worry about it. High probability that means, that problem is not worth solving, or not sustainable business viable.

So, be happy about it when you start to see competitors coming in. At least that's a problem worth solving.

thanks for your answer, i will spend more time developing features that our users want.

But our first competitor goes full premium and i dont know how it can be substainable.
