• The idea is good
• The product is built
• But no one wants to buy
Because it is not clear at the beginning:
• Whose problem is it solving
• Who will actually pay
• Where will the users come from
One simple thing changes a lot:
Talking to 5–10 real users before building
or testing demand with a small paid ad
That's when you understand:
Should the product be built
Or should the idea be changed
Growth doesn't just mean building—
growth means catching early signals.
