Many SaaS founders build products for 2-3 months… then realize that users are not coming.

The problem is not the product—the problem is not validating.

What I see again and again:

• The idea is good

• The product is built

• But no one wants to buy

Because it is not clear at the beginning:

• Whose problem is it solving

• Who will actually pay

• Where will the users come from

One simple thing changes a lot:

Talking to 5–10 real users before building

or testing demand with a small paid ad

That's when you understand:

Should the product be built

Or should the idea be changed

Growth doesn't just mean building—

growth means catching early signals.
