Market for UI component to help with beta testing

Sometimes for work I end up having to do pilot projects or beta tests with different vendors software tools. From a user feedback standpoint, I don't know that it's really like B2C situations because the opinions I'll form about the software tools I'm testing are more likely to be related to something technical rather than being something related to usability. Anyhow, as I go through these things, I'm always finding myself taking a screen capture and filling out a form to describe where in the app I was, what went wrong, etc. I'm probably going above and beyond in my level of effort here, but I'm doing it because I think that's what the software vendor really wants from the engagement.

So with that background, I'm wondering if there's a market for a UI component that an app developer could drop onto a page specifically for a beta customer, and make it super easy to gather that information. I can think of a few features that it might have, but I wanted to just bounce the general concept off of this group.
