Market of collaboration tools. Worth bootstrapping?

Hey,

I'm really interested in the collaboration market but it's so saturated and can't come up with the "aha!" idea..

What are your opinions, is it worth entering this market segment and thinking more about ideas?

I do understand well what's the problem Asana is trying to solve, or ClickUp or Monday.com etc etc.

My idea was at first that making it more simple. There is to much on the screen in those apps, to many options, to many ways of doing things.
Would it make sense if i made just a grid/list view based collab. tool, with the simplest UI/UX?

Or how to come up SaaS idea? I know, problems problems.. But tbh, that's not easy and problems that worth solving are already solved..
