Marketer looking for a co-founder/early role
EDIT: I've chatted with a few of you awesome folks and lots of cool projects going on but I've realized I want to double down and spend time on my own brands and efforts with this "extra" time. Thank you IH community!!
Howdy!
I'm a marketing & advertising freelancer of 1.5 years after 4 years of agency work.
Right now, instead of taking on another client, I am exploring taking on a project to lead growth at a SaaS (part-time, 2-10 hrs/week to start). Early is fine, some initial traction would be a plus.
Strengths + Interests of mine

-email marketing
-strategy & prioritization
-content strategy
-creative problem solving & ideating
Weaknesses + not interests
-design
-code
-video
-branding
^^ all of those I have experience project managing and collaborating with developers/designers/creatives. I just personally am not good at executing on those things.
Desired partner/co-founder should have some ambition to grow, be profitable and scale. Sustainably! Not wild or a breakneck pace, but seriously enough after 6-12 months, I'd like to be able to commit further into something.
Founder should be technical with existing brand, or also be cool with designing. Also be motivated, energetic, positive, and kind - you can expect the same from me.
Rev share is fine. I'm looking for a project to be EXCITED about and fulfilled, not just a paycheck, and not more work for works sake.

Interesting offer so I thought I'd take a shot. We are a small team, two full-stack devs and one branding. I have been working on developing an automated CRM for small businesses, it's in Beta now, and I'm about to do a healthy UI push next month - however with little advertising and a simple ui - we have 56 users without trying too hard. I imagine where we will be if I had a marketer who knew what they were doing.
