Marketers, Would You Use This To Research Companies?

Hey indiehackers,

This is my first SaaS idea that I think might work. But I want to hear from more people about its usefulness.

It's a new tool called ReviewBolt.com that I'm building to help me determine how big a company is...

Why use this over SemRush or SimilarWeb?

It gives you:

  1. User Reviews
  2. Facebook Ads
  3. Revenue Estimates (if available)
  4. Google Ads Data
  5. Trends Data
  6. And more...

Would you find it useful to have that information for your research? And would you ever consider paying for it?

Pretty interesting. Don't know why this post gets low attention.

Well done. I am wondering what's your plan to take this project further?

Just saved into my toolbox ;) @Sparky

Cheers! I'm working on Rankings so you can see top websites using reaction with the largest google ads budget. Or top fastest growing websites.

I always think it's good to study the best.

Hey Cedric! Nice work here, I agree that this might be useful to companies, but to get people to pay you, you must provide more value in terms of top line improvements, give them actionable insights based on the data, also show that these insights actually improve their sales or other metrics they are looking at.

Thanks. You make a really good point. I could make suggestions to how to copy a competitors performance like:

      1. Invest X in Google ads
      2. Create content to Rank for X terms
      3. Run Facebook video ads focused on X targeting X
      4. Make your USP X as shown by their reviews
      5. Interlink to get people visiting X pages per session for X minutes
      6. Start a newsletter to get X traffic back
      7. Share on social for X boost in traffic

Yep, exactly, that's a good track to work on. But you need to also backup your claims with data, if it's possible, you can also provide a before/after kind of analysis. Best of luck on this. 🙂

Okay I'm going to add a suggestions section later on.
