Marketing A Service To A Big Brand Like Facebook?

Hey all,

It's been a while since I've been thinking about this idea and I don't know how if it can work or not.

Basically, there's a lot of fake names on Facebook and we all know that Facebook is against fake identity and names (that's why there's an option to report fake ones) but the problem is most of them are not reported, and some are not removed even if they're reported (I speak especially about Arabic names, there are a lot of accounts with fake names in my country and other Arabic countries and Facebook employees are unable to spot that since they're not native Arabic speaker...maybe they don't speak Arabic at all)...

I thought, maybe I could offer a service like that to big brands like Facebook to help them identify fake names, that would eventually involve signing a contract and hiring 20-50 people to do that but I still don't know how to contact them about something like this or even if it could work or not.

What do you guys think about something like this? What's the way to go?
