Hi marketers — I’m launching an AI assistant focused on helping healthcare startups handle complex compliance challenges faster and cheaper.
I’m trying to figure out the best marketing channels and tactics to reach small healthtech teams and compliance pros.
Questions for the group:
What channels have you found most effective for reaching highly regulated B2B niches?
Any creative content or outreach strategies that build trust in privacy-focused tools?
How do you overcome skepticism about AI in compliance?
Would love to hear your insights!
— Kai
Cold outreach scales linearly - same effort per reply every week. It's necessary for early traction but the founders who get to $10k+ MRR almost always layer in a compounding channel underneath it. SEO, community, partnerships, or product-led growth.
What's the channel you're betting on to build independently of your outreach?

LinkedIn is gold for B2B, especially with targeted content and outreach to compliance managers, founders, and healthtech ops roles.
Industry newsletters & podcasts (like HIPAA Journal, HITRUST groups) can build niche visibility.
Cold email with case studies (HIPAA-compliant AI wins) works if done with empathy and authority.
Thanks Tanuja — really appreciate this. 💡
LinkedIn has been promising so far, and I’ll definitely lean harder into direct outreach to compliance leads and founders. Love the idea of tapping into industry newsletters and podcasts too — hadn’t fully explored that yet.
Totally agree on cold email — especially if it's framed with empathy and real outcomes.
Thanks again for the thoughtful input — gold 🙏
