Marketing For An Email Newsletter?

I've started a newsletter recently. It's not a huge focus of mine, but I'm committed to doing it weekly, just over 20 weeks in I'm almost at 100 subscribers. It seems slow, but at this stage I don't really care about the numbers, I'm interested in the habit that I'm of doing it and creating something of value. The first 15 weeks or so of it, it was pretty much fully automated, now I'm adding personal/manual touches.

What I've done:

• written about it a couple times here
• created a resource page as an excuse to get people to visit
• occasionally tweet about it, probably a handful of times in the past 20 weeks
• shared it on LinkedIn a couple of times
• started publishing it as 'blog' post
• it's a community building newsletter, so I hang out where community builders hang out (and occasionally mention it amongst other discussions I have), mostly this means a couple of Slacks
• I've tried to offer something of value that isn't out there
• I've had a few compliments already and people saying they are sharing it with their team

I have a following and successes, but not necessarily in the 'community building' space. From my perspective I'm kinda starting from scratch. I've not had the time to dive into the community world, this newsletter and my general wants to 'network' with other community people is what drives me.
