Marketing guy looking for a low-code maestro to co-create a MVP

Hey Indie Hackers!

I'm a marketing guy diving into a new side project and looking for someone to team up with to build an MVP. The idea is a conference tracker app — think of it as a tool to help users easily save and organize info about industry conferences (dates, prices, sponsorships, speakers, etc.) while they browse. Ideal for founders, marketers, and biz dev folks who want to keep tabs on events without spreadsheets and chaos.

I’m bootstrapping this, and while I could hack it together solo using no-code tools (soft, airtable, zapier), I’d much rather team up with someone — it’s more fun, faster, and good vibes all around. Bonus if you’re into low-code/no-code, indie projects, or just want to build something lean that solves a real problem.

If you’re a solo builder, dev, or product person looking to jam on something light-weight and useful, hit me up! Happy to share more details and mockups.

Let’s make something cool ✌️

Having mockups ready is actually a good starting point — it cuts the "what are we building" back-and-forth that kills a lot of early collaborations. A lot of MVPs stall not because of the building but because the scope never gets locked before anyone starts.

The low-code route can work well for certain things, but it really depends on what the product does — some ideas hit a ceiling fast when you try to add even moderate complexity or custom integrations. Worth knowing upfront whether the MVP needs to stay simple or whether it'll need to grow past what Bubble or similar can handle cleanly.

What's the core mechanic of the product — what does a user actually do in it?

    Hello,

    I am Aaron, I am a no-code bubble developer.

I would love to work together with you on the development of the tracker app you are looking to develop.

I make use of bubble for development. What no code platform do you make use of?

You can check and message me here on LinkedIn. My handle is Aaron Adeoye

I will be looking forward to our collaboration.

    Hi Antmor,

    I hope you're doing great!

I’m Mustapha, a Lead Software Engineer and Digital Marketer with 8 years of experience building web platforms, SaaS products, and automation tools.
I'm very comfortable with both low-code and custom-coded solutions, having worked with tools like Airtable, Zapier, as well as full backend (Node.js) and frontend (React, Vue.js) development.

Your idea for a conference tracker app sounds super useful and exactly the kind of lightweight, impactful project I love to work on. I really enjoy building fast MVPs and bringing practical products to life with a good balance of tech and UX.
I'm very interested in teaming up, brainstorming features, and quickly getting a working version out there!

Would love to hear more details and check out your mockups. Feel free to DM me or email me at [email protected].

    Let’s make something awesome ✌️

    Best,
    Mustapha

Hey! This sounds right up my alley — I’m a full-stack engineer who’s helped scale a startup from seed to unicorn and now working with early-stage founders to build fast, clean MVPs.

I love jamming on lean tools that actually solve real problems. Your conference tracker idea hits home — I’ve seen first-hand how chaotic event tracking can get for marketing and GTM teams.

I’d love to team up and build this with you. I can go full-code or mix in low-code/no-code depending on what works best.

Happy to hop on a quick call or just vibe over DMs. Let’s make something cool ✌️

Do you plan on make it a business and if so, have you validated the market?

Hey, I’m a certified Bubble developer with a background in product and design (used to be in investment banking before making the switch). I now run a small team, but I still love jamming on scrappy builds, especially when the idea’s solid and the vibe’s good.

We’ve built 50+ products, including fintech platforms, marketplaces, SaaS tools, and internal management systems. Thus, we can definitely help you with this! If you're open to chatting, I’d love to hear more and share a few quick builds we’ve done that might spark ideas. Happy to move fast, keep things lightweight, and keep the fun in it.

Share your email and I’ll send over a couple of past projects and a link to set up a quick call.

    Let’s see if there’s a fit!

Yo Antmor, this sounds clean and definitely buildable but I’m not totally sold on the problem. Who’s really out here struggling to track conferences bad enough to pay for a tool? Kinda feels like a spreadsheet with UI unless there’s more behind it. Curious how you’re thinking about actual demand and who it’s for.

    1. 2

I think you hit the nail on the head. It appears to be nothing more than a spreadsheet with a UI. Or, as I prefer to say, "A solution in search of a problem"

Sent you a message on linkedIn! I'd love to hop on a call so we can discuss.

With a background in product development and extensive experience in low-code/no-code solutions, I’m confident that I can help bring your vision to life.

I love the idea of creating a tool that simplifies the way founders, marketers, and biz dev professionals manage conference information. I share your passion for lean, efficient solutions that replace chaotic spreadsheets, and I'm eager to contribute my skills in building intuitive, user-friendly applications.

I’m particularly drawn to the collaborative, fun, and innovative spirit you described. I’d love to discuss how we can combine our expertise to build something truly useful and cool. Would you be available for a chat to dive into the details and explore potential next steps?

I think you couldn't make it more obvious.
