Marketing - On a Fixed Budget

So all IndieHackers have various ideas they are working on and usually its hard to be good both as a Maker and as a Marketer or Sales person. So trying to understand how do Makers, market their product or solution if the buyers are not other Makers.

So being a Marketer and a Maker I have a question about an idea. Will a fixed budget Marketing as a Service be receptive for Indiehackers

• Starting from establishing Social Media Presence
• Creating copy and website
• Creating Blog post and pushing them on industry blogs
• Push launch and product messages within relevant communities
• SEO and backlinking
• Google Adwords and FB Ads (or any other channel as applicable)

And any other marketing activities. So the cost per month stays the same and the activities of the month differ based on what are the priorities for the month.
