Marketing Partner for a productized web development service

Hello Everyone.

I run a small web and software development company (Kinetik.tech).
I personally have an experience of 16 years on product building along with team management.
We have a team of 10 at this moment and we cover a number of stacks like PHP, Laravel, Python, Nodejs, Vuejs and Reactjs.
We usually work in the USA and Australia market and have a decent track record in upwork.

Currently we are trying to focus on transforming our generic service model to a productized model. For example: Product Development subscription for startups where startups get a dedicated team of 3 for a reasonable flat monthly fee.

But where we lack is making and launching a proper marketing and outreach strategy to get more clients instead of Upwork or word of mouth referral.

So, I was wondering if there is anyone in this group who would be interested in partnering up with us and we can share the profit.

Right now, we can't offer any base salary but once we start getting in some clients, we definitely want to offer that alongside the profit share.
