Hello, Folks!
Me and my partner are conducting a sentiment analysis on advanced age / end-of-life planning, and we'd greatly appreciate your input.
Whether you're just starting to think about it or you've already made plans, your perspective is invaluable to us. We are particularly interested in seeing what connections exist between personal end-of-life planning and the workplace. We are trying to determine if this is a topic that employees feel comfortable discussing/completing via an employee benefits package.
📋 Take the Survey HERE: https://forms.gle/yCGeKLLNmVqPgYodA
This survey is open to everyone, but we're particularly interested in the insights of working individuals aged 30-45 (especially those in a caretake capacity, caring for younger or elder generations). Your responses will contribute to a better understanding of attitudes and emotions surrounding this important topic, and help us design our end-of-life planning tool.
Your responses are anonymous unless you share your contact information for us to have a follow up interview :)
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us, either in the survey or in the comments below.
