Marketplace engine with auctions?

Do you use a marketplace offering the possibility to create auctions for your project?

For one of my next projects, I need a marketplace engine where the seller can create auction for a good and buyers bet for the good and the highest bet win the auction.

Optionally it would be great that the seller could create a simple sale and the first buyers get the good.

Open Source software would be great but I will consider any option.
