Marketplace for customer support contractors.
I've been thinking a lot about this. As more indie hackers grow their saas products to profitability, they'll need help to handle customer support. Ultimately, what happens is one goes looking for someone to hire for that role. I imagine this is a laborious process that is probably not very pleasant.
So what if there was a marketplace for saas owners and contractors looking to offer customer support for their products?
A platform with contractors with a track record of having worked for other saas companies in the past. This platform will eliminate the need to hunt one down and figure out if they're a good fit.
Just an idea.
Sounds like a neat idea, though how would you differentiate or compete with sites like tawk.to that offer chat agents for $1/hr?

The 1 thing I've learned about creating marketplaces is that you really need to niche down initially on both the demand and the supply. I'd focus on the demand first that will dictate your supply.
I agree on keeping things narrow with a narrow niche. However, this is an idea I wish someone else could look into. Am currently in the middle of another project.
I like it, and I'd seriously consider using it, but the devil in details.
We have 3-5 CSMs, and the onboarding and management process might be hard to align with marketplace dynamics unless you are focusing on some barebones template/script-shakers (that I'd argue is no value anyway).

Hmmm, looks like there's a need here. Incidentally, I was only musing on the idea. Sort of put it out there in hopes that someone else might take it up. I am currently occupied with another project.
