Marketplace for Electronic gadgets Insurance providers?

I am working on a side project where we will collate the electronics insurance providers for mobile, AC or any electronic gadget so that customers can compare and understand which is the best provider in the market.

Is there any requirement for this type of product before launching?

Will these marketplaces solve the problem?
