Marketplace for local clothes stores

Hello guys, this is my first post here. I'm not a native English speaker so please just ignore the bunch of grammar mistakes i'm gonna make on this post =)

I'm gonna start giving you guys a context about how I got the main idea. I live in a city in Brazil which is known for having a lot of clothes stores. The clothing marketing is the secondary economic activity in the city, the primary is tourism.

I noticed that less than 1% of those clothes stores have online presence. Most of them just use Facebook to advertise theirs products (btw a very inefficient way). I also noticed that this scenario happens in a lot of cities in Brazil.

So I imagined if it would be possible to put all those stores together in a mobile app and let local people search for clothes and buy it without having to go to the stores. I realized that this idea can solve few problems about buying clothes. The delivery is also included in my service, so i was planning to do exactly like Pizza Delivery does, i'm gonna hire a deliver to get the products and them deliver it to the clients.

Thinking about this idea, i also realized that it can solve some problems about buying clothes in local stores.

• I talked to some store owners and they told me that the biggest problem of selling stuff online is the delivery thing. They don't want to care about to deliver cause it involves a lot of work that may not worth it for them. Once my service includes the delivery they wouldn't have to worry about it.

• If you are used to go to clothes stores to look for something specific, it's almost impossible for you visiting all the stores in your city. So it's not guaranteed that you will get the cheapest products. Using the app you can search for similar products and be sure that you will pay for the cheapest.

• New stores usually can't pay for a well-placed store. Once they use my app, they will get the same visibility as their competitors. If their products are really good they can get some sales even if their physical store isn't in a good place.

• As I mentioned before, the stores are used to only use Facebook to advertising their stuff. Well, in Facebook you have to compete with "more interesting" things like friends posts and humor pages. Posts from clothes stores don't get enough attention from the customers. People using the app have the intention of buying things (that's why they are using the app, isn't it?) so the stores don't have to fight against other kind of content to get their attention. People inside the app can "follow" the stores and get notifications as soon as the store adds a new production or has a new promotion.

There will be a web panel where the stores can manage their products inside the app and be notified when they made a sale.

My idea is to implement this service in each city, only selling for people for local people (same city).

Well guys, I think it's a overview of my idea. I already have the app in 90% complete, I already talked to some store owners and they gave me good feedback.

I also talked to regular people and i got good feedback as well.
