Marketplace for react components

Thought about this after reading a few posts here in IH.

Code Canyon is quite popular as a plugins marketplace, but I feel most of it's focus is on Wordpress.

What about selling React components?

Would you pay for a component if you needed it? Would you just write it yourself?

I really like the open community we have with react. But maybe buying support or special features would be something I would like.

PS it seems they do sell also react scripts, but it doesn't seem like their forte, so don't be taken by it. https://codecanyon.net/search/reactjs

Yeah I asked in dev.to as well and got the same response.
Since people that use react are developers, they just think of coding it themselves.

I was thinking along the lines of components that already have integration with some kind of service that is non-trivial to integrate with.

Yeah that could work. Just don't do a marketplace just form the start, marketplaces are hard. Good luck!

There are tons of React components sold on Gumroad (which has it's own marketplace called Discover)!
