Marketplace for unfinished coding projects.

Do you guys think that there might be a market for unfinished code projects by developers? A lot of developers have projects that they never finished and I'm thinking of creating a marketplace where they can sell their code to other entrepreneurs who might be able to make use of it. Code that has been purchased can be used to create an MVP to test an idea.
