I love the 'time to build' reward. I think more makers should use take this approach to stay focused on things like distribution and sales.

Haha, yeah that's a good call. I guess for a lot of Indie Hackers "time to build" is just the default mode of operating, but it would work better as a reward system for doing the less fun stuff
