I'd always thought it might be cool to have organized 1 on 1 little 15min "coffee chats" with others in this community to meet new people.
Could fill out a form with specific requests (e.g. "I'd prefer to meet to someone also running a newsletter" or "I'd enjoy meeting a fellow #no-code maker and get advice on x").
I'd be interested, and would be willing to organize such an endeavor?
@rosiesherry, I've never met you personally, but this seems like something in your wheelhouse haha, has there been something like this before?
Working on this with Pheedback.co with @pabloheredia!
Just signed up! How many users do you have?
Thanks!
Ooo yes! I remember signing up a while ago.. Any update?
Pablo is working on a UX and UI refresh now and we’ll update everyone when it’s done!
Yep, this sounds like a great idea. I think there is a lot to be said for a "proper" conversation. I'd be happy to have a call over zoom, and that way can meet with indie hackers any where in the world.
I put out a post earlier this week with an offer for help with validation, which I'll be running over zoom. If anyone is interested, just check out my post or feel free to ping me on calendly for a 45 min coaching session, no cost, no sale.

Awesome! Signed up for a session through your calendly!
Look forward to speaking then!
I use lunchclub which works quite well. Having an indiehacker-centric one would be awesome. And yes 15 minutes is probably too short. 30-60 mins should be good.
The biggest part is figuring out good matches and quality of people in the platform, maybe you can filter people wanting to join and rate conversations afterwards?
Ah lunchclub looks great, might try that for my org at school. Thanks for the rec
If the match is good, you need 60 to 90 minutes. 15 minutes does not allow enough time to say anything meaningful.
Yeah, but I would be worried about the bad matches..
It's kind of like Tinder dates haha, keep the first one short and sweet, because if its a good match, you can always do a second date, but if its not a good match, less harm done!
Maybe 30 minutes is a good in-between?
